1.2. Reservations are subject to availability, and you will receive a booking confirmation via email or other communication methods once your reservation is successfully made.

1.3. To secure your reservation, payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

2. Cancellation

2.1. Cancellation by the Customer

2.2.1. Chicago Mini Buses reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations, in its sole discretion, due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, vehicle availability, and other factors. If we cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund.

2.2.2. In the event of a cancellation by Chicago Mini Buses, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and will assist you in rescheduling or booking an alternative service.

3. No-Show Policy

3.1. A no-show is defined as a customer who fails to appear at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notice of cancellation.

3.2. No-shows are non-refundable. Chicago Mini Buses reserves the right to charge the full amount for the service to the customer's payment method in the event of a no-show.

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1. Customers may request changes to their booking (e.g., change in pick-up or drop-off location, time) by contacting our customer service. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
